Hotel Information
A block of rooms has been reserved for guests at the Ramada Inn of Watertown. Please call (315) 788-0700 to make reservations. The room rate is $55 per night, plus tax. Reservations must be made prior to May 14 to
ensure a room.
Directions to the hotel from the Syracuse Hancock International Airport: Departing the airport take Route 81 North to Watertown, Arsenal Street, Exit 45. Take a left off the exit; Ramada Inn will be on your left.
Registration for the site tour will be at the Ramada Inn, Renaissance Room A, from 2:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. on May 27 and again from 5:00 a.m. –
7:15 a.m. on May 28. All participants must register prior to 7:15 a.m. on May 28.
Buses for the tour will depart from the Ramada Inn at 7:30 a.m. on May 28
and will return to the hotel late afternoon.
Check out at the hotel is 12:00 noon. However, for those wishing to check out of the hotel for a return flight after the tour on the evening of May 28 there will be a room available to store luggage for the day while you attend the tour. To help you plan your return flight itinerary, it is recommended that you arrive at the airport in Syracuse approximately 2 hours prior to flight departure. The Syracuse Airport is approximately 1.5 hours from Watertown.
